DON MAAGA is the second project from SIX & SIX PRIVATE ISLANDS, the Maldivian developer building a network of private island residences. Where RAH GILI is a multi-villa resort island, DON MAAGA is a pure private estate — one owner, one island, total seclusion just minutes from Velana International Airport by speedboat.

The Estate

The 8,935 m² island holds nearly 2,000 m² of built-up area distributed across distinct pavilions. The Living Room pavilion (316 m²) includes male and female living rooms, a smokey bar, study, office, and a wrap-around terrace. The Master Bedroom complex (297 m²) offers two bedrooms, a lounge, walk-in closets, a private courtyard, outdoor deck, and pool. The crown jewel is an overwater Water Villa (424 m²) with two bedrooms, living room, deck, and private pool — connected to the island by a jetty walkway.

Lifestyle Amenities

Three swimming pools — a 489 m² lap pool, a shallow family pool, and a salt-water pool — plus a sunken jacuzzi and lounge. A full-sized padel court, gym, steam room and sauna, and an overwater treatment room for spa services. A semi-covered entertainment pavilion (186 m²) with an indoor party area, water features, upstairs study and game room with billiards, foosball, and ping pong. Architecture & Vision

Designed by Swarna Hutama Loka, the architecture emphasises open-air living with deep overhangs, natural materials, and seamless indoor-outdoor transitions. The masterplan reserves space for a future bedroom pavilion and additional villa — allowing the estate to grow with its owner's needs. A private arrival jetty (10 m × 35 m) provides direct access by yacht or speedboat.
